Scott L. Caldwell accepted to the Ivy Tech Leadership Academy

The Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce would like to say CONGRATULATIONS to Scott L. Caldwell on being accepted to the Ivy Tech Leadership Academy.

Ivy Tech Leadership Academy is a critical element of the College’s succession planning model which is designed to create an internal pipeline of qualified talent for future roles of leadership. This program is targeted at faculty and staff who are identified as high performing and having high leadership potential who also intend to remain with the College and build their career.

Scott Caldwell a part of the Chamber Agribusiness Committee, which recently completed another successful Chamber Farm Tour.  He is the Program Chair for the Agriculture Department at the Richmond campus of IVY Tech Community College. A graduate of Purdue and Bob Jones University, Scott had been involved in education since 1996, including teaching junior high, high school, and college courses. He also held positions with the National FFA Organization and the Indiana 4-H Foundation. Scott grew up on the family farm in Connersville which has been in the family since 1813, making it three years older than the state of Indiana.
