Dakota Pennington joins as Director of Membership

The Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce Dakota Pennington has joined the staff as Director of Membership. Dakota is a lifelong resident of Richmond, Richmond High School graduate and attended Ball State University studying Video Production. Dakota most recently worked for Whitewater Broadcasting as a Marketing Consultant. He has a true passion for growing the local community and gaining new experience as a young professional.

“Dakota brings his energy and professionalism to the Chamber team.  His eagerness to grow and engage with his community makes him the perfect person to fill the role as Director of Membership, “said Chamber Board President/CEO, Melissa Vance.

Dakota said, “I am excited to join the chamber because I believe in Wayne county and the growth that it deserves. As a young professional, I believe it is my duty to help shed the light on all Wayne County has to offer because it is an amazing place to live and grow.”
